REGISTRATION & ABSTRACT SUBMISSION Registration -- Deadline: 30 June 2007 Download Credit Card Payment Form pdf (30 kb), doc (54 kb) If you would like to register, please fill in the electronic Registration Form. A registration is complete only if the full registration fee is received. For payment methods please follow the instructions provided on the Registration Form. The Registration Fee (which covers the Welcome Reception, coffee breaks, conference proceedings by CUP, conference facilities, poster boards, etc.) is GBP 150. For your information approximate equivalent amounts are: USD 300, EUR 225, and CHF 320. For accompanying person(s) the Registration Fee is reduced to GBP 60 (approximately USD 120) per person. The Registration Fee does not include the Conference Banquet (approximately GBP 30-50 pp) and Excursion (around GBP 40-60 pp). Since there is an uncertainity and strong fluctuation variation in currency exchange rates in Venezuela, we cannot provide a more accurate estimate for the charges of these social activities. Much closer to the conference dates we may be able to give you more precise information. We apologies for any possible inconveniences. When you register and hopefully will opt for these excellent activities, please bear in mind that prices may go up or down. Registrations received after the registration deadline will have an additional Late Registration Supplement of GBP 60 (approximately USD 120) incurred that must be added to the standard payment rate for a participant or accompany person given above. The Early-Bird Registration is now closed (deadline was 15 April). Fully completed Early-Bird Registereds will receive 10 % cash-back of their regisration fee at the conference registration desk during the meeting. Abstract submission -- Closed for oral contribution (Poster contribution until 30 June 2007) Download Abstract template (1.3 kb) The Abstract Submission for oral contributions is now closed (deadline was 04 May). However, the Abstract Submission for poster contributions is still open until 30 June 2007. If you would like to submit an abstract, please first download the latex abstract template (called template.tex) what you will need to use to prepare your abstract before a submission. Once the abstract is ready and it complies with no errors, fill in the Abstract Submission Form. Please note, that only abstract submissions using the provided latex template will be considered by the SOC for conference contribution. MS doc, pdf or other formats are strictly non-eligible. When submitting your abstract, please do not forget to indicate that you are requesting a poster contribution. Submitted and received abstracts will be available in pdf format on the web of the Sumposium below, and, will be refreshed on about a weekly base. Abstracts Received Download Abstract Booklet: Talks, Posters The final list of oral contributions will be decided by the SOC and authors will be notified by 14 May 2007. The final list of all the accepted abstracts submitted for oral and/or poster contributions will appear on the Programme page of the Symposium on 15 July 2007.
